The Administrative Services Director coordinates the City's risk management interests in protecting the assets of the City of Bonney Lake through the identification, management and reduction of risk exposures.

Reporting Hazards in the City 

In the case of an emergency, always dial 9-1-1.

If you see a pothole or other hazard on city streets or sidewalks, in parks, or on other City property, please let us know by contacting the City at 253-862-8602. If staff are unavailable to take your call, please leave a detailed message.

For issues outside the Bonney Lake City limits in Pierce County, you may contact the County directly using their online system or by calling 253-798-6000.

Please submit a Claim for Damages form when seeking reimbursement for damages for which you believe the City may be at fault. The City Clerk's office in the Administrative Services Department accepts completed forms and forwards them to the City's insurance authority for further processing.
