Overview
The Office of Information Services (OIS) supports a variety of computer, communications, and other related services to all City departments. OIS staff members serve approximately 130 workstations connected to a wide area network with 15 network servers.
Support services include workstations, wide area network equipment (routers, hubs, switches, cables, etc.), telephones, cell phones, voice mail, PDAs, Internet connections, web-site, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and various other hardware and software.
