Notice of Public Hearings For updating the Zoning Map and Remove Hotels and Motels as Permitted Uses

Ord D21-85 – This ordinance will update the zoning map of
the City of Bonney Lake to implement the future land use designations as
adopted in the city comprehensive plan Bonney Lake 2035, as required by RCW
36.70A.130(1)(d).
Public Notice
Ord D21-95 – This ordinance will amend Section 18.20.020 of
the Bonney Lake Municipal Code to remove hotels and motels as permitted uses in
all zones in response to House Bill 1220.

The deadline for submitting written comments is 5:30 p.m. on
August 4, 2021.
