Linked below please find a notice of SEPA Determination of
Non-Significance, a DNS, and SEPA Checklist for the Elhi Hill Trail Staircase
project. The scope of the project is to provide a connection between the Fennel
Creek Trail and the SR 410 E pedestrian improvements within the existing SR 410
E right-of-way on the previously engineered slope. Anyone wishing to
provide written comment should reference permit application
