Linked below please find a notice of SEPA Determination of
Non-Significance, a DNS, and SEPA Checklist for the Pierson Dock. The scope of
the project is construction of a 360 sf dock as an accessory to an existing
detached dwelling. Anyone wishing to provide written comment should
reference permit application PLN-2021-02520.
