Notice of Land Use Application – Optional SEPA Method, Design Review, and Zoning Variance and Notice of Public Hearing

Below please find linked a combined planning notice of application for Design Review, SEPA using the Optional Determination of Non-Significance Method, and Zoning Variance all related to a replacement water reservoir at the existing Tacoma Pointe Water Tower site.  This is also the Notice of Hearing for Design Review and Zoning Variance.
