Please see the link below to the Notices.  The first notice is for a Land Use Application  - SEPA Exempt, Eastown Industrial Short Plat.  The file number for reference is as follows: PLN-2020-02468.  The comment period closes at 5:00 P.M. on November 9, 2020.

The second notice is for a Land Use Application - Optional SEPA Process, Higgenbotham Dock.  The file number for reference is as follows: PLN-2020-02466 and PLN-2020-02467. The comment period closes at 5:00 P.M. November 23, 2020.
