Notice of Land Use Decision

The final decision of the Hearing Examiner is subject to an appeal to Pierce County 
Superior Court according to the procedures outlined in Chapter 36.70C RCW, which is the Land Use Petition Act. See BLMC 14.120.040 (Appeal of city council decisions, Type 3). A Land Use Petition must be filed within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the issuance of the Hearing Examiner’s decision.
