Hello Seniors!

The Senior Center will be hosting a flu and covid-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, October 21^st from 12:30-2:00 pm.  They will be taking 3 appointments every 5 minutes.  Please contact the Senior Center at 253-863-7658 to book your appointment.  You will need to let them know what type of covid-19 vaccine you want (Moderna, Pfizer, or Janssen) when you make your appointment.  The Covid-19 vaccines are free to everyone and the Flu vaccines are free if you have insurance.  If you do not have insurance and are under age 65, the cost is $45.00, if you are over 65 the cost is $79.99.

Go to the Senior Center website at https://www.cobl.us/Government/departments/Administrative_Services/Senior_Center to fill out and print the consent forms you will need.
