To file a complaint, please fill out a Request for Action Form and bring or mail it to the City Hall Annex, 8720 Main St E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.   If you require further assistance you may also call the City's customer service line. From inside City limits, simply dial 3-1-1; if you are calling from a cell phone or from outside City limits, call (253) 862-8602.  When speaking with staff or leaving a message, please provide your name, address and phone number, as well as the address/location and nature of the complaint.
