Finance Department     Finance Department Administration The Finance Department manages the City's monies, includes accounting, audits and creating and implementing the budget in accordance with the City Council’s wishes.     ¤  Biennial Budgets   ¤  Annual Financial Reports   ¤  Payroll & Voucher Review Reports       Utility Billing Utility Billing staff prepare bills, accept payments, and handle customer service related to Water, Sewer and Stormwater services. View this page for information on rates, payment options, rebate programs, and more.     Accounts Receivable Accounts Receivable staff send invoices to and processes payments from agencies that are provided services by the City.   Required Form: IRS Form W-9 Accounts Payable Accounts Payable staff pay the City’s bills for services and produ cts provided by outside agencies.     Miscellaneous Permits  Finance Department staff can assist customers with questions about the following types of permits and registrations:  ¤  Alarm Permits  ¤  Animal Licenses (Dog/Cat)  ¤  Boat Launch Permits
