Request Public Records - Public Disclosure
To request to review or receive copies of public records from the City, please submit a Public Disclosure Request to the City Clerk's office. You'll find a complete description of the public disclosure process, forms, and related fees on the City Clerk's page.

Public Records Available Online
A wide range of public records are available on the City's website for you to search, view, and download at no cost. This page provides tips on finding records on this site, and provides links to many City records located online via this website. The list on this page does not, however, constitute a complete index of public records available from the City.
Website Search Engine and FAQs
 At the top right corner of each page on the City website, you'll see two tools you can use to find information and records throughout the site: the Search Our Site tool and the How Do I? page of frequently asked questions.
Use the Search Our Site box to search for information by a key word or phrase. Simply type word(s) or a phrase describing the information you are looking for, and click the 'Search' button. A list of pages will appear that include your search terms. You can view each page on the search results list by clicking the appropriate links.
Visit the How Do I? page to view frequently asked questions and answers about services, resources, and events. You can 'Search the FAQs' by key word, or browse the categories to narrow down your search. If you can't find the answer to your question, submit a question online and our staff will respond as quickly as possible.
