CODE ENFORCEMENT

General Information:
Concerned about possible code infractions?

A form is available to alert the City about your complaint. This serves as a formal "Request for Action" by City Administration and/or staff. All complaints will be investigated and those determined to be in violation of Bonney Lake Municipal Code (BLMC) will be processed accordingly.

It is critical that the "Request for Action" form include the property address at which the code infraction(s) is/are occurring and a brief description of the possible infraction.

The "Request for Action" form may be downloaded online from our
Forms Page or obtained from the City Hall Annex, Permit Center. Alternatively, a form may be mailed to you by calling our Code Enforcement Officer.
