12/3/2016: [Executive Dept] Had a conference call with Visconsi to go over project status and pending matters—stormwater and tree cutting being the current focus.
11/19/2016: The planning staff presented the Costco Design Review application to the Design Commission, which recommended approval of the project. The Planning and Building Division approved the Site Plan and Design Review applications for the Costco project.
10/26/2016: Notice of Application - Site Plan and Design Review. Comments due 11/9/2016.
10/18/2016: The City Council approved Resolution 2552 authorizing the second and third amendments to the WSU Development Agreement and related Three Party Agreement with Visconsi Land Co., Ltd and Costco Wholesale Corporation.
