Snow Day 2/22/18
On Thursday, February 22nd, due to inclement weather and unsafe conditions for our drivers to operate, all serviced was canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the mass impact of 15,000 customers being missed on Thursday and such short notice to successfully staff a Saturday makeup day all customers will be eligible for a double up on your next scheduled pickup day.
Garbage double up – March 1st:
Please place extra bags or a personal can (not exceeding the amount of your weekly subscription amount) next to your regular garbage cart. These will be taken at no extra cost to make up for the missed service on the 22nd.
Recycle or Yard Waste double up – March 8th:
Extra recycle can be placed out alongside the regular recycle cart. You can place extra recycle in a personal can or in a larger cardboard box that hasn’t been broken down. Extra yard waste can be placed alongside the regular yard waste cart in a personal can or in biodegradable or paper bags.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We hope that this email serves as a guideline to help you with the scheduled pickup this week.
